Orthodox Christian Parish in Nancy, France - needs help to survive.

We need your help to have an Orthodox Church in Nancy, France. The orthodox community had to leave the crypt of a local Roman-Catholic church in 2016. We found another place of worship, a very old hospital church, which was in extremly poor condition and still needs important renovations. In January 2018, we need to pay 140 953, 39 € to buy this space. So far, we collected from the local community a sum of 105 000€. We need your help to buy this space and continue the renovations otherwise, we will be in the street. The community is made up mostly of 12 different nationalities: majority are Romanian, but also French, Moldovan, Georgian, Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, Bulgarian, Albanian, Syrian, Lebanese, Serbian. The church is a place of refuge for many university students, who continue their education in Nancy, within the Erasmus European program. The parish is a welcoming place, replacing the family that is often thousands of miles away from Nancy. If we do not manage to raise this amount, the parish of Nancy will be lost.
