Rule of the Theotokos by St. Seraphim of Sarov. It is similar to the Rosary, but it's longer and its origins are older. It was given to an Orthodox monk in the 4th century by the Virgin Mary and then St-Seraphim Sarovsky was asked to renew this devotion.
