14. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on our adolescent youth.

15. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on the drug addicted, the alcoholics and those who smoke.

16.  Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on the parents of Orthodox Christian families.

17. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on our pregnant mothers, wives and sisters.

18. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on the widows and the orphans.

19. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on estranged couples; our brothers and sisters who are tempted.

33. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on me a sinner.

The Apostle Paul admonishes us in his First Letter to the Thessalonians: “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” (1 Thess. 5:17).   Praying with the prayer rope has no limitations.   As much as a person can bring themselves to pray with the 33, the 50 or the 100 knot prayer rope, should constantly repeat: “Lord God Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.”
