Ferdinando Paleologus (1615-1678) was one of the last descendants of the Byzantine dynasty of Palaiologos.

Ferdinando Paleologus (1615-1678) was one of the last descendants of the Byzantine dynasty of Palaiologos. After he joined the British army, he migrated to Barbados islands, just before the English Civil War (1642-1651), where he spent the rest of his life peacefully, living in a farm with his family. He was buried there, 9000km away from Constantinople.
