Story of great wisdom
" Timon of Athens" is one of the famous play by William Shakespeare. The story is about a aristocratic man of Athens, Timon who was wealthy and generous. He was surrounded with many flattery friends. Not long after, he was heavily indebted and all of his friends left him immediately. All his creditors ruthlessly forced him to pay off his debts. With sudden change of fortune, Timon was cynical about how ungrateful human could be. He decided to hide himself into wilderness instead of living in that magnificent city. He chanced upon digging out a sachet of gold while he lived in the forest. And he would rather give away the gold to the poor and he eventually died in despair and loneliness.
