“Then they also brought infants to Jesus that He might touch them.” (St. Luke 18:15)

“Then they also brought infants to Jesus that He might touch them.” (St. Luke 18:15)

The above verse reminds us that Christ made time for everyone – especially children. Prior to this, important figures such as religious leaders, teachers, etc. rarely associated with children as, it was considered beneath their dignity. Jesus, however, utilizes such opportunities to remind adults that the simple qualities found within children (purity of heart, trust, innate love) are the ideals we all should strive for.
