An interesting caricature depicting Russian novelist and philosopher Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky expelling Lenin and Trotsky from Russia. “All Bolsheviks are afraid of the cross - they are afraid of the truth.”

Dostoevsky (1821-1881) was a devout Orthodox monarchist and arch-enemy of the radicals who were determined to destroy the monarchy and the Russian Empire.

“Our constitution,” says Dostoevsky, “is mutual love of the Monarch toward the people and the people toward the Monarch.” (Letter to Maikov, No. 302)
