It was customary for our Lord to attend worship services upon the Sabbath. Yet this practice did not originate with His ministry, but was a carry over from His childhood upbringing: the product of godly parenting. As the Book of Proverbs states, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (22:6)
