“For the love of Christ compels us…” (2 Cor. 5:14)

Where there is little motivation, there can be little progress. Thus, in the above verse, St. Paul articulates his motivation for ministry. It is a powerful, spirit-filled motivation, compulsion, or “force” that drives him - and should also be driving all of our Lord’s followers to share Christ’s gospel and live by God’s Law and standards.
