“For when I am weak, then I am strong.” (2nd Cor. 12:10)

Holy Scripture is rife with paradoxes such as this, for they help convey a powerful and profound message. Weaknesses and limitations are often seen as “faults” by our society and obviously, nothing to boast about. Yet none of us is perfect and having these limitations can lead us to God. They affirm our inadequacies and our need for God’s strength, might…and love. Thus, the beauty of weakness lies not in the weakness itself, but how God’s power shines through it. His strength radiates through our weaknesses.
