Nativity Meditation:

The cloths in which the Christ Child is "swaddled" in can be viewed a the outer wrapping upon the greatest gift God gave to us, yet at the same time the eyes of faith see that they also prefigure the burial clothes He will one day be wrapped in after His Crucifixion; and rightly so, as this is why our Lord was born into the world in the first place. Thus, He truly is the "Gift that keeps on giving!"
