During Communion, we commune with everything that is of Christ, including:
His birth, His life on earth which was full of suffering, the insults He experienced, the crucifixion, the death, the descent into hell, and then:
the Resurrection, the Ascension, the glorious return and the eternal happiness with Him.
This all begins with a small attempt to go down into your heart.
It’s a commandment to “seek the Kingdom of Heaven in your heart”, which is a call for the noetic prayer.
Also, when we stand here and unite with the Body and Blood of Christ, we become one Body, which also fulfills a commandment.
Without noetic prayer and the spirit of unity, it's impossible for us to follow our Lord Jesus Christ.
Without Him, it's impossible to be a child of the Heavenly Father.
May God help us.
May He grant us the wisdom of the right spiritual sight and the right spiritual life.
