If you are a Christian in name only, you do a great disservice to the Church

If you are a Christian in name only, you do a great disservice to the Church. For instead of being a shining example of Divine Light and Love, you drive away the undecided and crush their desire by your tepid, lukewarm faith. This is why St. James wrote in his epistle: "Let your 'yes' be yes, and your 'no' be no" (James 5:12). The Christian Faith demands that we take a side; safely inside the Ark or precariously outside of it.
