You are suffering again.
What to do; Nothing happens without the will of God. Since God also cares for the birds, is it ever possible for him to forget you?

The apostle Carpos once prayed to the Lord to punish two sinners. A heretic had drawn an orthodox into his sect and for them the apostle now demanded punishment.
The Lord presented him with the following vision: The heavens opened and a bright light shone.
The apostle looked up and saw the Lord.
The Lord said to him, "Now look down."
The apostle looked and saw the two sinners on the edge of a cliff, where inside was a terrible dragon.
The Lord asked him, "Do you want me to punish these two sinners?"
The apostle rejoiced, thinking that they would now be punished.
But the Lord sent two angels to save the two sinners and said to the apostle: “Strike me and crucify me again. "I am ready to suffer more for sinners."
That's where the apparition ended.
How great is the mercy of God!
He is still ready to suffer for the sake of sinners, while you doubt whether He will forgive you.
I, the sinner, ask the merciful Lord to give you patience to lift up your sufferings without groaning.
I ask for your holy prayers.
