Axios to Fr. Nektarios Millionis who has been elevated today to the episcopacy rank of the title diocese Photikis, by the Holy and Sacred Synod of the Church of Greece. Fr. Nektarios was my former proistamenos in Athens,Greece for 5 years. He has been serving since 1968, for 55 years at the church of St. Savvas, of the Anti cancer Hospital of St. Savvas of Greece, in Athens. Although in his 80s , he has never took a day off from his ministry at the hospital all these 50 years. He has been a beacon of love- faith- ministry- devotion-healing for thousands patients under cancer in Athens all these decades. God allowed me to serve next to him for more than five years and his example, accuracy , zeal , humility , determination, honesty, love , discretion, kindness, generosity will always remain with me as he supported us in the most difficult times in life as a true father. He is over worthy , υπερ Άξιος !!!! May God grant Him many many years for the benefit of the church and of all of us !!! Axios !!!
