A parable
(A Grandmother is telling this parable to her grandchild)
The rooster handsome and vociferous. He liked two things in life: loving his chickens and rummaging in the dunghill.
But that day, rain poured from morning till night, and the rooster was deprived of the joys of life.
"How I hate you, nasty rain," thought the cock, staring out at the street longingly. Meanwhile, the mistress of the rooster was escorting her grandchildren, who had come to visit her from the city. Passing the presents to them, she said: “I wanted to kill the rooster for you, but it rained all day so that I didn’t want to leave the house."
"It turns out, this rain saved the life of the rooster?" the grandchild asked her grandmother
"It turns out this way. I will not kill it for sure now. I will let it live."
And all the rain poured and poured. The rooster fell asleep on the perch, thinking about what a wonderful day it would have been if not for this nasty rain.
