"There is something special in the Christian faith, for it not only deals with theoretical truths in theology, but with things that affect our very life. The faith contains the truths that help keep us from going astray. In Greek, the word "sin" has, among other meanings, the meaning "to miss." Those committing sins miss the major target they are aiming at, and veer off the right course. The apostolic faith that has come to us from the incarnate Son of God enables us to hold this course."
