Today, 15 May 2011, His Beatitude Daniel, Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church, received the visit of a Greek delegation from Tinos island.
The delegation is going on a pilgrimage to our country, and today they participated in the Divine Liturgy in the Patriarchal Cathedral.
“We are glad you came here, to our Patriarchal Cathedral of Bucharest, and attended the Divine Liturgy in which Rev. Gheorghios, your guide or spiritual leader, concelebrated. We consider you angels of Orthodoxy who confess the joy of Resurrection and the joy of our brotherly Orthodox communion”, said the Patriarch of Romania, as Trinitas Radio station informs us.
