“For whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My name…will by no means lose his reward.” (Mark 9:41)

“For whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My name…will by no means lose his reward.” (Mark 9:41)

This above verse and accompanying picture remind me of my grandmother who because they lived near railroad tracks, would often have hobos stopping by her house looking for a meal. Although she would never invite them in, she would always have them sit on the back steps and then make some eggs and toast or give them whatever leftovers she had. 

Charity need not be complicated nor grand, for even the littlest acts of it are great in God's eye.
