A thought is a seed. It depends on you whether it will become a weed or a fruit.
Different thoughts come to mind. From God and not from God. From personal experience and from the evil one. This is normal. But sin is not that the thought came. But that you accepted it, began to feed it, gave it strength.
Like a weed in a garden: if you do not uproot it, it will sprout. It will choke out everything useful. And then you will ask yourself: where does this malice, lust, pride come from in me? But you yourself planted them. You yourself watered them. You yourself caressed them.
Learn to be a gardener of your soul. Only what is from God should grow there.
