The Divine Liturgy....

The Divine Liturgy, the main Eucharistic service of the Orthodox Church, is truly profound as it is mystical. Moving through time it has been celebrated in much the same way since its inception. And those who participate and celebrate it, grow old with it - yet do so together with their children and grandchildren who are worshiping the same as did their ancestors. The Liturgy is a "living entity," so to speak and keeps recreating itself in a way that is reassuringly familiar and excitingly new at the same time!
