Life and death teach us who we are. Life is the instinct of eternity, which tells man that his existence does not end on earth.
If people remembered that everything on earth passes, everything that is born dies, then, probably, there would be less evil in this world, the human soul would be purer, we would see more clearly the true purpose and meaning of life us.
A person must understand that wealth and poverty, health and illness, victory and defeat, longevity or early death, fulfillment or non-fulfillment of plans and desires are not in themselves good or bad, but only certain circumstances and situations. that the only and true good is God and the only evil is sin, which stands as a barrier between the soul and God.
The meaning and purpose of human life lies beyond the earth. Our task is to free our spirit from the oppression of a passionate soul and a sinful body: not to destroy them, but to enlighten and purify them, to recreate and revive them.
